Returns & Cancellations
For any bottle purchased that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory, we will replace the bottle or give credit for the value of the bottle back to the customer. By law, we cannot accept returned alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, damaged, or flawed. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked, damaged, or flawed product.
Cancelling a Wine Club Membership
If you would like to cancel your wine club membership or have any questions, please send a cancellation request to email@example.com. Per contract, the customer may cancel at any time following their 4th shipment and by the first month prior to any subsequent shipments. If a customer cancels within those 4 shipments, a $50 early cancellation fee will be applied. Our contract is posted below.
|I agree to pick up my wine from 1973 W. Turner Road in Lodi, CA. I understand that the vintages purchased are not guaranteed after a 4 month period. Any wines NOT picked up within a 4 month period will be shipped to the mailing address on the wine club account and shipping will be charged to the credit card on file.
|I may cancel my membership at any time following my 4th shipment, and by the first of the month prior to any subsequent shipments. Subject to a $50 early cancellation fee.
|I understand that it is my obligation to notify Jessie's Grove Winery of my address change before wine is shipped. Jessie's Grove Winery will not be responsible for extra shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.
|I authorize Jessie's Grove Winery to send me wine 4 times per year and charge my credit card at these times. I understand that an adult signature (21 & older) is required for all wine club deliveries. If the wine is undeliverable and is returned to the winery, I understand that I will be charged additional charges to re-ship wine.
Jessie's Grove Winery reserves the right to make changes and improvements to the wine club at any time.
