Outstanding Ancient Vine Zin. Full-bodied with velvety tannins, along with a hint of raspberry, cassis and a whisper of chocolate. These world-renowned estate grown vines were planted in 1889 and are dry-farmed, with roots 30 to 40 feet down drawing water naturally from the water table.
Pairs well with a big, hearty pasta dish like spaghetti bolognese or eggplant parmesan.
This ancient vine Cinsault offers a light and elegant pallet full of crisp fruit and balanced acidity. A beautiful blend of cranberry and elderberry, with a bright splash of minerality.
