Silva Spoons Vineyard
Aromatically, this wine is complex but delicate. Stone fruit, white peach, a little citrus zest of nectarine and a bright splash of minerals. Hint of jasmine tea aromas. Serve chilled to bring the zippy acidity to the forefront, we recommend between 50-55*F. The colder temps accentuate the acidity. As it warms to 60*F, notice how the palette develops as the temperature rises. The taste softens with warmth, creating a completely different experience. A higher viscosity wine gives this a more interesting and textural mouthfeel. The small Albariño berries and thick skins give this wine its distinct natural phenolic bitterness of raw almonds on the finish.
Spanish grape varietal from Silva Spoons Vineyard that has been whole cluster pressed and tank fermented.
