Outstanding Ancient Vine Zin. Full-bodied with velvety tannins, along with a hint of raspberry, cassis and a whisper of chocolate. These world-renowned estate grown vines were planted in 1889 and are dry-farmed, with roots 30 to 40 feet down drawing water naturally from the water table.
Pairs well with a big, hearty pasta dish like spaghetti bolognese or eggplant parmesan.
A rich array of candied orange peel and dried figs. The nutty characteristics tell the story of 18 years spent in neutral French oak. It fills the mouth with the taste of dark chocolate covered cherries and cartelized brown sugar. The long, elegant finish will leave you with a hint of candied orange peel.
Made from Estate Grown Ancient Vine Carignane planted in 1900, our Rosé is a Provence style. Fermented to dryness. Slight mineralogy with hints of strawberry and rose petals.
